Starter

Use the to annotate the habits you want to track. This habits can be time or event based.
Time based habits require a given time to be achieved. If you meet or exceed the target time, you can check this habit. Example:
Habit: Study
Target time: for 2 hours or more.
Event based habits require a number of times a day to be achieved. If you meet or exceed the number of desired events, you can check this habit. Example:
Habit: Write in journal
Number of times a day: 1

Advanced

In addition to track habits, you can use the to track the amount of time per day you spend on a given task. The tasks to track has to be used with the (see further instructions in the corresponding page). The goal of tracking this tasks is to identify tasks that can be delegated or managed so that they do not spend your productive time.
For the example above, you can record the time you spend in a given task or habit (time based), or one record for everytime you do a desired habit (event based). Example:
You have the same habit “Study at least 2 hrs a day”. You can log:
09:15 to 10:00
14:00 to 15:00
20:00 to 21:00
The total amount is 2 hrs and 45 min. When you click “Calculate habits” for the given day, it will check the checkbox automatically.
