Basic pickling

Ingredients

Example Pickle Liquid Recipe:
2 cups (400g) white distilled vinegar
2 cups (400g) water
2.5 tablespoons (40-45g) kosher salt

Method

Put liquid to pot and add spices of your choices (pepper corns, sage)
As soon as it comes to a boil, turn it off.
Add vegetables to jar with herbs (garlic, thyme, dill)
Submerge vegetables in liquid
Make sure vegetables are under liquid
Let it cool down
Once it is cooled down, put the lid on.
Leave in fridge for ten days. Make surge vegetables stay submerge.
