Goals are great, but strategic plans provide the specific WHAT for achieving goals. In this step of the planning process, we’ll be identifying:
Primary Action Items that will create forward momentum in achieving your goal/s
Identifying potential obstacles and creating solutions for overcoming predicted obstacles
Identifying the resources, tools, and people/support you’ll need to help you achieve your goal/s
Getting specific about the time requirements necessary for accomplishing action items.
🙌 Here are the GOALS you’re trying to accomplish during this planning period:

Project Planning Step #1:
Project plans start by identifying the specific actions, resources, potential obstacles/solutions, and time requirements to execute. Let’s get started:
Assign each goal a Priority Level using the dropdown box in the “Priority” column
Click the “Create Project Plan” button for each of the Period Goals listed above. You’ll be taken to another page where you’ll identify Action Items to help accomplish these goals. Continue with this step until all the “Create Project Plan” buttons are grayed out.
