Welcome to the Vibe Board guidelines! Please follow the instructions below to ensure a smooth and efficient experience.

Accessing the Vibe Board

Sign-In Process:

Use the account meeting@abacusbrands.com located at the top right corner of the Vibe Board.

You may use the board by signing in at the top right hand corner. If you need the PIN, please see the front desk.

Utilizing the Vibe Canvas and Miro

Vibe Canvas:

You can use the Vibe Canvas for dynamic planning sessions.

Save or export your session notes and drawings to your email for future reference.

Miro Boards:

Use Miro for collaborative brainstorming.

Save Miro boards on the account or share them with your team.

Using the Vibe Board for Meetings

Outlook Calendar:

The Vibe Board has the Outlook calendar connected to its main screen.

You can join meetings directly from here.

Preferred Meeting Platforms:

You may use Zoom or Teams for your meetings.
