Holiday Bonus Policy

At Backdrop, we appreciate the dedication and hard work of our team, especially during the holiday season. To express our gratitude, we offer holiday bonuses based on length of employment and performance. Here's how our holiday bonus structure works:

Bonus Structure:

Less than 90 days of employment: $0 - $100 gift card

90 days to 1 year of employment: $200 - $300

Over 2 years of employment: $300 - $500

Senior Staff OR Over 5 years of employment: $300 - $2000

Eligibility & Considerations:

Bonuses are determined by length of employment and individual performance throughout the year.

Performance evaluations and overall contributions to the company may influence the exact bonus amount within each range.

Employees must be in good standing at the time of bonus distribution.

Payment Details:

Holiday bonuses will be paid on a separate payroll, by the second week of December to allow you to plan and enjoy the holiday season.
