Continuing Education Program Details:

Eligibility:
Open to senior-level staff or management.
Employee must have a formal growth plan that demonstrates the need for additional knowledge or skills to further their career.
Requirements:
Course work must be completed within 180 days of program approval.
The course must directly align with the employee’s growth plan and provide a clear benefit to the employee’s role within the organization.
How:
Continued Education applications must be submitted to our People & Culture Manager, Project Manager/Coordinator and President/CEO via the Continuing Education Program Application Form.
Employees agree to remain with the company for at least 12 months after completing the course.
If this term is not met, the employee must reimburse the company for the education costs.
