The Backdrop Sponsorship Program empowers our team to celebrate special moments while representing our brand. By supporting employees with resources for personal projects and events, we foster creativity, build community, and celebrate the unique contributions of our people.

Backdrop Sponsorship Program Details

What:
If you have a special event coming up—a wedding, baby shower, birthday, or any celebration—we’ve got you covered.
As part of this program, you’ll receive a custom backdrop designed just for your event, plus the opportunity to borrow our professional-grade frame to display it—all at no cost. It’s our way of adding a personal touch to your milestones and making your moments even more memorable.
Eligibility:
Must be employed for at least 1 year at the company.
Alternatively, employees with a significant marketing advantage, such as a large social media following, may also be eligible.
Requirements:
Employee must capture 2-5 high-quality, usable images and/or videos for social media posts or branding purposes.
The event and associated design must receive prior approval from management.
How:
Sponsorship requests must be submitted to our Project Manager/Coordinator and President via the Backdrop Sponsorship Request Form.
Whenever possible, backdrop frames should be loaned for the event.
Complete the Request Form with ample time prior to the event to help streamline the approval process.
Please note not all requests will be approved.
