Moodle Training
As a co-locator you will need your employees (UNSW contractors) to complete a mandatory training once they join your company.
Required courses for Co-Locating Organisation employees:
Contractors will need to manually enroll and complete the following Moodle training which are:
Training is mandatory and needs to be completed within two weeks of their onboarding. Please Report your employee’s completion date on your SMARTSHEET
Completing the courses on Moodle
To access online training, have your new employees head to and sign with their zID and password.
They will need to manually enrol with the course codes.

Verifying your training completion
Contractors will only need to take and complete the courses once ! There is no refreshers needed. Each contractor can check themselves all of the courses they took and their completion date by going to myunsw and into their L&D space.
