Objective: A day has 1440 minutes, which can also be divided into 77 chunks of 20 minutes each. We use about 24 chunks for sleep and recuperation, and can perhaps spare 3 chunks for maintenance and chores. That leaves us with the remaining 50 chunks of 20 minute slots to be utilised. Ideally, 6 hours of work or 18 chunks of the day should be spent being productive. Remember, time is a precious resource that cannot be regained once lost.
