The Grassroots Campaign is a structured, boots-on-the-ground local marketing program designed specifically for self-storage facilities. Rather than relying solely on digital ads, it builds visibility and demand by embedding the facility into the fabric of the local community through three coordinated phases:
Phase 1 — Research: A complete intelligence package covering the local market, competitors, referral targets, demographics, messaging, and print-ready creative briefs. That's what we just completed for Metco Mini Storage.
Phase 2 — Immediate Deployment: Cold outreach to local businesses (call center + cold email), door hanger and EDDM postcard drops in residential zones within 1–5 miles of the facility, and targeted distribution to high-traffic areas.
