All Performance Max campaigns were reverted to Search campaigns.
From Oct 20th - we are loosing “Reservation” conversion because of Cubby.

Radiant Only Portfolio

(Baton Rouge Quinn & Sullivan, Montgomery, Norwich, Tuscaloosa)

Notes:

Baton Rouge Quinn & Sullivan: Reverted to Search Campaign on Oct 21st. Started receiving more targeted clicks, already have Clicks & Calls conversions in. Too early to evaluate fully.
Montgomery: 2 rental conversions + multiple secondary conversions (Clicks & Calls). Overall very healthy campaign, even though it is still to early.
Norwich:
Search Impr. Share LOST due to Budget - has decreased by 25% and sits at 41% currently, which is still high, indicating that we’re loosing a good bit of potential traffic.
No rental conversions yet, Secondary conversions (Clicks & Calls) are present.
Occupancy is at 86% (4% drop MoM) - Recommendation to increase budget here by $200-$300 to justify Rental conversions moving forward.
Tuscaloosa: 2 rental conversions + multiple secondary conversions (Clicks & Calls). Overall very healthy campaign, even though it is still to early.

Search Impr. Share LOST due to Budget - has increased and is at 30%.
Budget Increase need in the future.
Groves: 2 rental conversion, + multiple secondary conversions (Clicks & Calls).
Search Impr. Share LOST due to Budget - has increased and is at 38%.
Need to increase budget by at least $200
Nederland: No Rental Conversions, Multiple secondary conversions (Clicks & Calls) - are present.
Orange: 1 rental conversion & 1 reservation, + multiple secondary conversions (Clicks & Calls).
