Pilot Storage and 24/7 generated strong traffic from Aug 17 to Nov 15, but most tracked conversions were not tied to revenue. This is mostly due to us re-structuring the website as well as our Google Ads framework. By correcting conversion actions, fixing campaign setup, and re-optimizing around high-intent actions, the next 90-day cycle should show significantly better ROAS and more reservations. I’ll send a report early 2026 (Jan or Feb) to show recovery.
