1. Work Hours and Attendance

Core working hours are from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM. All employees must be present and available during this time.
Employees are required to complete their designated daily working hours, which range between 7.5 to 8 hours tracked through the company’s official time tracking system (Monitask). Requests and approvals for leaves or adjustments must also be submitted via Monitask.
Leaving early or failing to meet the required hours without prior written approval from the direct manager will result in penalties.

2. Work-from-Home Policy

Work-from-home arrangements must be approved by the manager in advance.
Employees must maintain full availability and productivity during work-from-home hours.
Deliverables must be submitted on time, and communication must remain prompt.

3. Code Commitments

Code must be pushed to the repository at least once every 3 days. Failure to do so may result in penalties.
During urgent delivery timelines, leaving work early without approval is prohibited and may lead to salary deductions.

4. Communication and Reporting

Daily Standups: Employees are required to send status updates at the end of each working day. Failure to submit updates for 3 days within a month will result in penalties.
Team communication should be professional and prompt. Managers must be informed of any delays or blockers immediately.

5. Leave Policy

First-Year Leave Entitlement:
10 Annual Leaves: Available after completing 6 months of employment.
5 Critical Leaves: Available after completing 6 months of employment.
Second-Year and Beyond Leave Entitlement:
14 Annual Leaves per year.
7 Critical Leaves per year.
General Leave Guidelines:
Leave requests must be submitted and approved in advance via Monitask.
Critical leaves are intended for emergencies and must be justified with proper documentation.
Unapproved absences will be treated as unpaid leave.

6. Resignation Policy

A mandatory notice period of two months must be served before resignation is accepted.
Failure to serve the notice period may result in withholding of final dues or other actions as per company policy.

7. Official Bank

The company’s official bank is Commercial International Bank (CIB).
All salary payments, reimbursements, and official financial transactions will be processed through CIB.
Employees are encouraged to open a CIB account for seamless processing.
Reimbursement claims must be submitted with documentation and will be processed within 7 business days.

8. Performance Reviews and Raises

Regular performance reviews will be conducted to evaluate:
Task completion and quality of work.
Adherence to company policies and professionalism.
Based on annual performance, salary raises can range from 0% to 20%.
Outcomes of these reviews will influence bonuses, promotions, and other incentives.

9. Penalties and Deductions

Penalties will apply for:
Failing to push code for more than 3 days.
Missing daily standup updates for 3 days in a month.
Leaving during critical delivery periods without approval.
Failing to log 7.5 to 8 hours daily on Monitask without justification.
Salary Deductions may apply for repeated policy violations or unapproved absences.

10. Conduct and Professionalism

All employees must maintain a professional demeanor in their work and interactions.
Transparency and accountability in task progress are mandatory.
Misconduct, harassment, or any unethical behavior will result in disciplinary actions, up to and including termination.

11. Disciplinary Actions

Violations of company policies will lead to:
Verbal and written warnings.
Penalties or deductions for repeated offenses.
Termination for severe or persistent violations.
