The solution will provide secure communication, AI-powered treatment plans, online session booking, recovery tracking, and support groups, ensuring a comprehensive platform for patients, families, and clinicians.

2.1 General Features

Main landing page: Accessible with or without registration, providing key information and entry points for different user roles.

Secure authentication: OAuth-based multi-factor authentication (MFA) ensuring data security.

Role-based access: Different user roles (patients, clinicians, family members, administrators) with custom permissions.

Bilingual support: Full support for both English and Arabic interfaces.

2.2 Patient Features

AI-powered assessments: Intelligent chatbots and forms for initial patient evaluation.

Personalized treatment plans: AI-generated plans tailored to patient needs, with clinician approval.

Online session booking: Patients can browse available specialists, check their bios and ratings, and book real-time or scheduled appointments.

Secure messaging & video conferencing: One-on-one encrypted chat and video sessions via Agora.

Recovery progress tracking: Interactive dashboards to monitor progress and adherence to treatment.

Daily motivational content: Patients receive personalized inspirational readings, affirmations, or religious texts.

Group discussions & support groups: Anonymized participation in community discussions and therapy groups.

2.3 Family & Support Group Features

Follow-up on patient progress: View recovery status with patient consent and privacy settings.

Calendar access: Monitor and support scheduled sessions and treatment milestones.

Participation in support groups: Access to shared discussions and family-oriented counseling sessions.

2.4 Clinician & Admin Features

Configurable treatment packages & plans: Customizable patient treatment options and schedules.

Session scheduling & appointment reminders: Automated notifications for upcoming consultations.
