Step 1: ดาวน์โหลด App “Official Account”

Step2 : เปิด App: Official Account และเข้าสู่หน้าจอหลักของ LINE

Step3: เข้าฟังก์ชั่นแชท ตามเครื่องหมายด้านล่าง

Step4: เลือก USER ของลูกค้าที่ทาง OA ต้องการดูแชท โดยทาง OA สามารถเข้าสู่ห้องแชทเพื่อส่งสลิป หรือใช้รับใบเสร็จรับเงิน รวมถึงรับทราบปัญหาที่ทางลูกค้าติดต่อมาสอบถามได้
