The Trevor Project is the leading and only accredited national organization providing crisis intervention and suicide prevention services to lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and questioning (LGBTQ) young people under the age of 25.
The Trevor Project offers a suite of crisis intervention and suicide prevention programs, including TrevorLifeline, TrevorText, and TrevorChat as well as a peer-to-peer social network support for LGBTQ young people under the age of 25, TrevorSpace. Trevor also offers an education program with resources for youth-serving adults and organizations, a legislative advocacy department fighting for pro-LGBTQ legislation and against anti-LGBTQ rhetoric/policy positions, and conducts research to discover the most effective means to help young LGBTQ people in crisis and end suicide.

New Conservatory Theatre Center (NCTC) has been in operation since 1981. The mission of New Conservatory Theatre Center is to champion innovative, high-quality productions & educational theatre experiences for youth, artists, and the queer & allied communities to effect personal & societal growth, enlightenment and change. Our vision is that theatre is a community event and a way to build community.
Our Education programs reach a diverse annual audience of 18,000+ children and youth throughout the Bay Area, through a variety of arts and health programs. Our mainstage season has been a voice for the Queer community and its allies for more almost four decades. We currently stage seven shows per season, ranging in scope from world premieres and experimental work to musicals revivals and classic works from the queer canon. NCTC's breadth of diverse programming, history of service, youth arts education programming, and exploration into LGBT-themed theatre is unmatched in the Bay Area.

Whose Corner Is It Anyway is a Western MA mutual aid, harm reduction, political education, and organizing group led by stimulant and opioid using low-income, survival, or street-based sex workers. All members are current or former low income sex workers. All members either use/have used stimulants and/or opioids, are/have been homeless, or work/ have worked outside. We low-income sex workers have created a regular community and organizing meeting for ourselves--a haven.

Description
Founded in May of 1999, the Black AIDS Institute is the only national HIV/AIDS think tank focused exclusively on Black people. The Institute's mission is to stop the AIDS pandemic in Black communities by engaging and mobilizing Black institutions and individuals in efforts to confront HIV. The Institute interprets public and private sector HIV policies, conducts trainings, offers technical assistance, disseminates information and provides advocacy mobilization from a uniquely and unapologetically Black point of view.

Formed in New York in 1985, the Gay & Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation (GLAAD) amplifies the voice of the LGBT community by empowering real people to share their stories, holding the media accountable for the words and images they present, and helping grassroots organizations communicate effectively. By ensuring that the stories of LGBT people are heard through the media, GLAAD promotes understanding, increases acceptance, and advances equality. Because of GLAAD's work, LGBT stories and issues are covered in national and local news publications, in film and on television. In step with today's always-changing media landscape, GLAAD continues to provide journalists and media professionals with timely, inclusive and authoritative resources, expanding the representation of our community one story at a time through an effective, forceful mix of advocacy, education and visibility.

Through research, educational efforts and outreach, the Human Rights Campaign (HRC) Foundation encourages gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender Americans to live their lives openly and seeks to change the hearts and minds of Americans to the side of equality. Programs funded in part or in full through the HRC Foundation include: The HRC Coming Out Project, which encourages GLBT and straight-supportive Americans to come out and live openly; The HRC Family Project, which empowers members of the GLBT community to take action to protect their families; The HRC Historically Black Colleges and Universities Outreach Program, which trains student activists to sustain dialogue, build viable student-led GLBT organizations; The HRC Religion and Faith Program, The HRC Research Center, and The HRC Workplace Project.
