Overview

We know there’s no better way to identify new talent to RORA than through our existing team.
For this reason, we are actively encouraging you to think about who in your network will make a fantastic addition to the RORA journey.
And of course, if that person ultimately accepts a job offer from us, you deserve to be rewarded!

The rules

To be eligible for the bonus, you must be able to answer ‘No’ to the following question:
If it wasn’t for you recommending the RORA job role to the candidate, would they have otherwise applied for the role?
Further:
The candidate must state in the initial screening call/application that they know you and you have recommended the role to them.
The candidate must formally accept an offer of employment from RORA, and successfully complete the probation period.
If you can’t answer 'No’ to the above and you don’t meet both points, you probably won’t be eligible for the bonus.
To note, the referral applies to full-time hires and from full-time employees.
