You’ve been selected to join our contracting team - congratulations! This is how the process runs from here, including your main points of contact.
Initial setup
You will receive an overarching RORA Contractor Agreement to sign. We also need the details of your contracting company.
Before you start with your first RORA partner we must have a copy of your liability insurance, uploaded to Zelt.
You’ll receive logins to RORA’s core systems. Once you’ve activated Google Workspace (you must have 2FA set up at the same time), you’ll then use the same logins (SSO) to activate: Notion, Slack, Coda and Resource Guru.
Keep us in the loop if your availability changes for any reason.
so that we can send it on to prospective partners. This is how we initiate career opportunities for you!

Payments
You’ve put in the work, and we’ve made getting paid as seamless as possible.
At RORA, we operate a self-billing system, so you never need to send us invoices. We track your allocated hours in Resource Guru (RG) and bill the partners you’ve supported accordingly.
To ensure accurate payments, make sure your hours in RG are correct. Any time off (holiday or sick leave) should be recorded in Zelt, which syncs with RG.
We invoice partners on the 1st of each month, and you’ll be paid 18 days later. Your payments always exclude VAT. No chasing payments, no client follow-ups - just simple, hassle-free payments.
Payments are made by the 18th of the month following the period being invoiced.
i.e. payment for the month of January is made by the 18th February.
If you become or are VAT registered, please provide Jane with your vat reg no.
