FTE vs Contracting

Whether you’re a full-time RORA employee or a Contractor, you’ll be working with the same amazing team. We learn together, socialise together and always help each other figure things out.

Here are the differences between these two.

Full-time

You get an annual salary which includes a

host of benefits⁠

You have access to weekly L&D sessions during your core working hours.

We select the Partners you work with and arrange your working schedule.

These roles are generally full-time, but we have part-time employees too.

You’ll work across a range of exciting partners predominantly in the start-up space.

Contracting

You get paid a higher daily rate but only for the days you work.

You have access to exactly the same L&D opportunities as our FTE staff during your personal time.

You get to choose which contracts you take on.

We ask for a minimum of 2.5days availability per week.

You’ll mostly partner with scale-up clients in larger teams, supporting them scale.
