Customer requests a move in Brooklyn via our site VA confirms pricing + sends deposit link Job is added to CRM + exec team is tagged Exec team books a mover from our network VA stays in contact with mover until job is done Client receives a payment link before contractor finishes VA confirms completion and updates CRM Scenario B: Booking from Wayfair
Wayfair assigns us a furniture assembly job (VA’s booking jobs on Wayfair as they appear, target high paying jobs) Executive team books the right subcontractor VA maintains communication until job completion (Ask Rolston for login details to Taskrabbit to communicate with contractors) Payment is handled directly through the Wayfair platform & TaskRabbit respectively. Scenario C: Booking from Homeaglow
A cleaning job is assigned via Homeaglow (VA’s selects job on Homeaglow) VA accepts the job on the platform and logs it in the Executive team books a cleaner VA guides the cleaner and checks in throughout the job (By logging in via.
