1. Respond to Inquiries & Book Welcome Call
Use this message template to respond: ​
Help them schedule a Wayfair welcome call (link is in ).
Let them know they’re setting up a Furniture Assembly Contractor Account.
Say: • Insurance is already submitted.LLC = Their full name.They have 2+ team members with background checks.The call is short — just answer simply and be confident.
Tell them they’ll receive $75 after signing the agreement, and $75 weekly for keeping the account active.

2. Remind Before the Call & Get the Agreement Signed
Call/text them before the Wayfair call to remind them not to miss it.
After the call is done, send them the Account Use Agreement to sign.
Once signed, notify the team and request $75 payout.
3. Track the Account & Assign a Manager
Once approved, log the account under: ​
Account Management
Assign a VA to manage the account and begin accepting jobs.
All jobs completed through that account must be logged here: ​
