Prices: How to Book a Job (VA Guide)

💲 Job Pricing & Deposit Structure

All services follow a 3-hour minimum. Pricing includes a labor estimate and a $33 service fee paid by the customer. Clients pay a deposit upfront equal to 50% of the total, plus the service fee. The remaining labor balance is paid onsite to the contractor.

🔁 Easy Pricing Formula (For VA Use)

Quote client a flat 3-hour base labor rate
Cleaning = $129
Movers (2 men) = $150
Labor only = $75
Other (TV mounting, etc.) = $60
Deposit = 50% of labor
Add $33 service fee
Client pays: Deposit + Service Fee upfront
Client pays: Remaining 50% + $33 onsite to contractor

🚨 Important Notes

Always calculate and collect deposit before scheduling
Deposit = half the 3-hour labor estimate + $33 fee
Enter the job in the CRM only after deposit is paid
