“When they ask about your business, just say this:

– You have more than 2 employees
– You specialize in assembling furniture and managing a small team.”
“The moral of the call is: just sound like a furniture guy who has a couple of workers. That’s all they need to hear. Once the account is approved, we’ll take it from there and you’ll start getting a weekly stipend.”

🛠️ Post-Recruitment Account Finalization Instructions
Once the signup process is complete and the platform account is approved, follow these exact steps:
✅ 1. Store Account Credentials in the Right Place
Go to the appropriate subdomain in Coda: 📦 Wayfair Accounts Subdomain → Store Wayfair account info 🧼 Homeaglow Accounts Subdomain → Store Homeaglow account info Recruiter who onboarded them 🔐 2. Secure the Account (Take Full Ownership)
Change the email address to one of our company-controlled ProtonMail accounts (e.g. BrowneLLC#@proton.me) Change the password to a secure internal password (use a common format like: BrowneHub2025!) Change the phone number to one of our internal alias numbers ⚠️ Important:
Make sure the person who signed up no longer knows the login or password once the account is converted and secured.
📞 3. Update Phone Number Using Internal System
We require a multi-number phone alias system (e.g., OpenPhone, Google Voice, or MightyCall). Use this system to assign a unique alias to each account if possible.
