They’ll ask if you know how to use the app — just say “Yes”
Pretend to be a cleaner, but we handle the jobs
Smile/talk normal — it’s a basic walkthrough call
Once approved, they’ll get a weekly stipend to keep the account active

📞 15 MINUTES BEFORE:

Send text or quick call to remind them of both calls
Repeat any last-minute instructions

✅ POST-CALL ACTION:

Follow up after each call
Ask how it went and if there were any issues
Update status in the tracker

🔁 WHEN TO CALL:

✅ Call 1 hour before the scheduled Wayfair call
✅ Call 1 hour before the scheduled Homeaglow call
✅ Call again 15 minutes before as a reminder
✅ Call after the call ends to confirm how it went and note any issues

🛠️ WAYFAIR CALL PREP SCRIPT (2–3 MIN CALL)

What to Say:
“Hey [Name], just a quick reminder that your Wayfair welcome call is coming up at [Time], and it’s super important you answer on time. The call only lasts 2–3 minutes, and they’re just introducing the platform to you — they’re not testing you.”
“When they ask about your business, just say this: – Your LLC is your full name – You have more than 2 employees – You specialize in assembling furniture and managing a small team.”
“The moral of the call is: just sound like a furniture guy who has a couple of workers. That’s all they need to hear. Once the account is approved, we’ll take it from there and you’ll start getting a weekly stipend.”

🧼 HOMEAGLOW CALL PREP SCRIPT (2–3 MIN CALL)

What to Say:
“Hey [Name], just checking in before your Homeaglow onboarding call at [Time]. It’s super quick, only 2–3 minutes. They’ll basically ask: ‘Do you know how to use the app?’ Just say ‘Yes’, and that’s it.”
“They’ll explain how jobs get booked — nothing else to worry about. You’re basically just signing up as a cleaner, but once your account is approved, we handle all the jobs through our company.”
“So remember: Yes to everything, keep it short, sound like a normal person who wants to clean homes, and the rest is handled by us.”
VA Checklist:
Confirm call time
Remind them to keep their phone near
Answer ALL calls, even unknown numbers
Use 'Yes' answers when asked about platform experience
Check back in after call ends

💸 Reminder to Share with Recruit:

“Also, don’t forget — you can refer others to do this and earn a bonus. If you know anyone else who wants to make fast cash, let me know!”

🛠️ Post-Recruitment Account Finalization Instructions

Once the signup process is complete and the platform account is approved, follow these exact steps:

✅ 1. Store Account Credentials in the Right Place

Go to the appropriate subdomain in Coda:
📦 Wayfair Accounts Subdomain → Store Wayfair account info
🧼 Homeaglow Accounts Subdomain → Store Homeaglow account info
Include:
Final email
Final password
City/market used
Original recruit name
Recruiter who onboarded them
Date of approval

🔐 2. Secure the Account (Take Full Ownership)

Change the email address to one of our company-controlled ProtonMail accounts (e.g. BrowneLLC#@proton.me)
Change the password to a secure internal password (use a common format like: BrowneHub2025!)
Change the phone number to one of our internal alias numbers
⚠️ Important:
Make sure the person who signed up no longer knows the login or password once the account is converted and secured.

📞 3. Update Phone Number Using Internal System

We require a multi-number phone alias system (e.g., OpenPhone, Google Voice, or MightyCall). Use this system to assign a unique alias to each account if possible.
Choose a number from your alias pool
Attach it to the account
Keep a record in your Phone Alias Tracker (add a Coda table for this if needed)
