Only 2% of 18–25 year olds play tennis leagues. But as people reach 30 years of age the number of people that play tennis leagues has increased to 10%. This is about the number of people who have taken up tennis. Obviously with finishing college and finding jobs, younger people don’t have time or interested to take up tennis. It postulates that fewer younger people have taken up tennis, but as they age, more people join the sport.
Because of the limited number of leagues available for players from 18–25 years of age players of those ages only constitute 2% of the total league players, while the additional league offerings for 25–30 year olds draw 10% of the total league players. This is about the number of Leagues available for the different age groups. If you want to increase the number of 18–25 players, offer a wider variety/number of leagues.
