Mission
Turn traffic infrastructure into an intelligent, adaptive network designed to keep people safe, and traffic efficient.
Problem
The number of pedestrian fatalities is very high. In fact, Romania is the country with most traffic accidents, most fatalities while one of the countries with the least number of driven kilometres in European Union.

Solution
We built the blind-spot assist, but for unsigned crosswalks. This is an intelligent, real-time warning system that is installed at unsigned pedestrian crossings and dynamically draws the attention of the drivers towards the side of the road the pedestrian is coming from.
Our systems works by using video cameras to supervise the crosswalk and sidewalk area, an edge computer gets the video feeds from the cameras and analyses them with our AI models that extract pedestrian behaviour in the area and then based on that behaviour warns the drivers using road-authorized LEDs.
The solution also:
Collects real-time traffic data Livestreams & records video from location and stores it for 30 days Includes dimmable general illumination LED fixtures for better illumination Is managed through a web application accessible to clients where they can see collected data, system health, perform updates and submit support tickets Shown below is our system working at the place where a close call involving one of our founders started everything and set us on this path. The system is installed in Lugoj, Romania.
Business Model
One-time price €18.200 / unit Maintenance services for €599 / unit / month Sales
Strategy
Our current sales strategy revolves around selling low-volume (2-3 units) to many clients. This is because Romania has a lot of national/county roads that have very high traffic volume that pass through villages and cities and these places only have around 2-3 crosswalks on their administration located on this road. Another advantage of this approach is that with 3 units priced at €18.200 / unit we are under the threshold for public procurement and that allows clients to purchase directly from us, without a public tender procedure.
In the future, we plan on creating a channel sales program and create partnerships with potential resellers. Their role would be to promote, sell and maintain the product, while we manufacture it, configure it, and take care of customer support.
Clients
Our clients are road administrators:
Central government through CNAIR and Ministry of Transportation Cities and municipalities Top Goal
Sell 25 units by December 2025 Roadmap
Q4-2025: Sell first 25 units Q1-2026: Develop v4 (lower production cost, higher grade of custom design and component integration) Q1-2026: Create a sales team and sell 100 units Q3-2026: Invest in developing v5 (even lower production cost, highly scalable from manufacturing standpoint) Q3-2026: Expand internationally
