Land will be in 3 tiers (Epic land, rare land and Common land)
There will be 25,000 plots available for sale on skyland 1 at three starting pricing tiers:
16k common at 50 xcRMRK each
5k rare at 150 xcRMRK each
1k epic at 250 xcRMRK each
Sale will be done via a dutch auction. Price decay will begin one week after public sale starts and will go down in a linear fashion until price reaches 10% of starting price, or till the end of 2022 (whichever comes first).
