KLUST just launched a new event. Reviews are flooding in. You don’t have time to read 500 reviews, but you need to know which ones require an immediate "Apology Email" and which are just feature requests.

The Tasks:

The Logic Layer: Define the "Neutral" zone.

Rule: If a review contains both a compliment and a bug report, label it as "Mixed/Action Required" rather than just "Positive."

The Extraction: Instruct the Gem to output in this format:

Sentiment Score: (1–10)

Category: (Technical Bug / UI Design / Customer Service)

Priority: (High / Medium / Low)

Tone Check: Tell the Gem to write a 10-word summary of why it chose that sentiment.
