"Met with Liz and Zam . Zam thinks the logo should be blue. Liz said budget is $5k. Need to call the printer by Tuesday. Also, let's skip the radio ads. Liz will handle the social media posts by EOD Friday. Oh, and Zam needs the login for the portal."

The Tasks:

Structural Rule: Instruct the Gem to ignore conversational filler (like "Oh, and") and extract only actionable data.

The Template: Force the Gem to output a Markdown Table with these exact columns: Action Item, Assigned To, and Deadline.

The "Gap" Logic: Add a rule: "If no owner or deadline is mentioned, leave the cell blank or write 'Unassigned'."
