The Scenario: It is the end of the semester at the Faculty of Architecture and Built Environment. You are the Internal Auditor of a Program, and you have to audit 50 teaching files. You need a Gem that instantly flags if a lecturer has missed critical components required for ISO.

The Tasks:
Persona Setup: Instruct the Gem to act as an Academic Quality Assurance (QA) Auditor.
Logic Task: Define "Critical Heat"
Rule 1: If “ToS " or “Table 4" is missing, label as "CRITICAL HEAT: LEVEL 1" (Immediate rejection).
Rule 2: If documents are present but "No Attendance" (like the 2025 version requirement), label as "CRITICAL HEAT: LEVEL 2" (Needs Revision).
The Output:
The Gem must generate a Compliance Table (Document Name | Status | Action Required).
It must end with a "Verdict" statement: either "FILE ACCEPTED" or "FILE REJECTED: SEE CRITICAL HEAT."
