Synopsis

In this course students deal with the description and analysis of an urban area.
Students need to conduct a study to familiarize themselves with the basic urban language and techniques for analyzing and recording data in an urban area.
In this study students are exposed to basic knowledge of urban concept such as permeability, accessibility, modes, etc.
Projects are tailored to explore the application of building design in the urban context, site planning and sustainable design principles.
