Supplier Dashboard Changes

Give suppliers a view of the retailers that are being onboarded so that they can track and see at what stage are their retailers and which all documents are shared by their retailers

Problem

Supplier doesn’t have visibility on retailer’s current status and documents shared by them

Solution

Provide view to the supplier from supplier dashboard so that they can easily track details of their list of retailers

In Supplier portal under Supplier Report, remove the default filter to show only last 1 month of retailers. Show all the list of retailers here by default.

On click of a retailer, open the call centre dashboard view of this customer. Disable the search option available on the call centre dashboard view once a customer details are opened in order to restrict this supplier to view details of other retailers.

Provide and option to map supplier in the onboarding dashboard → Additional details section.

Supplier mapping will be optional for onboarding

Here onboarding user will only have an option to associate a supplier but not add a new supplier.

If any new supplier needs to be added, the same will be added by operations team and mapped to relevant program so that onboarding sales user can see that supplier name in this supplier mapping list
