Customer profile in Credit Dashboard
When a case details are shared with the lender, the case is placed in the “Pending with Lender” bucket within Smartdash. Once the lender gives the In-principle Sanction to proceed by sharing the post-sanction condition list, the credit team reviews the case in the “Pending with Lender” bucket.
The team reviews the post-sanction conditions and clicks on the “Approved” button to enter details such as Approve Limit, Loan Tenor, and upload Email Proof. Based on the lender, all relevant subjectivities will be pre-selected, but the credit team can unselect them if needed. Additional subjectivities can also be added by selecting the “Other” box. Once all details are finalized, they click on the “Submit” button to move the case to the “In-principal Sanction” bucket.
Credit Analyst Workflow:
Review the case in “Pending with Lender” Navigate through the customer profile: General Info → Approve button. Option to add Approve limit, Loan Tenor, Upload Email proof and Subjectivities and Post-sanction conditions. The credit team will be able to select/unselect checkboxes for pending subjectivities and post-sanction conditions while leaving pending ones unselected. Move the case to “In-principal sanction” bucket. Subjectivities status will be visible across ops and sales dashboards as well Subjectivities
Once the case moves to “In-principal sanction” bucket, the credit team will keep updating the status of subjectivities of a case by going on to the “Subjectivities” section and using the drop down menu updating the status to either “Completed” or “Deviation”.
All subjectivity items will initially have a “Pending” status. The Credit Team can update the status of each item and add comments if needed. Adding comments is optional and they remain editable.
Additionally, the Credit Team can add new subjectivities by selecting the “Other” button then enter Item name and add comment if needed and then click on the Save button.
Subjectivities Section:
"Status" Drop-down Button: Allows users to change the status of subjectivities to “Completed” or “Deviation”. Completed Status: Display a "Completed" label with the corresponding date when a subjectivity is marked as done. Add Subjectivities: Include an "Other" option to handle additional cases dynamically. PSD Document Checklist Section
Display a table listing all PSD document checklists in the call center where the sales team can upload or view proofs or add Deviation for each item.
The table should show the status (e.g., Pending, Completed, Rejected, Deviation) and particulars of the condition for each checklist item.
Include a 3-dot menu button for each checklist item, offering the following options based on its status:
Completed or Rejected: Download proof, Upload proof, Raise Deviation. Deviation: Download Deviation, Raise Deviation, View Deviation. Pending: Raise Deviation. Provide an "Add" button to allow users to add additional PSD document checklist items as needed. After clicking on the “Add” button the sales team can select any checklist item from the drop-down. If the team select “Other” from the dropdown then they can write a check list item in the text box and click on the save button.
Incase if there is an item that was rejected before by the OPS team then sales team can click on the tool-tip (i) on rejected status and see the comment. If the items are rejected then re-upload option available to upload the new document. Once the document is uploaded then the old document should get removed.

Any status changes made by the credit team for a subjectivity must be reflected in the sales team’s subjectivities section. The sales team need to co-ordinate with the customer in order to complete the subjectivities.
Commercials Section
In the Commercials section, the following details will be displayed for each commercial item: Item Name, Amount/Percentage, Status and Action Details.
The sales team can input the amount or percentage for each item in the Amount/Percentage column's text box and click the Save button. Before inputting any amount the status will show Pending
Until all item amounts are entered, both the Upload Approval Proof and Send for Approval buttons will remain disabled.
Once the sales team has entered the amount/percentage for all items, the Send for Approval button becomes visible. “”Check if sapna maam require all the commericals details in one email in a table?””

Clicking Send for Approval triggers an email to the sales head for approval and Upload Approval Proof button will become visible.
After receiving approval from the sales head, the sales team must upload proof of the email using the Upload Approval Proof button. View and Download option will be there for uploaded proof. Also Re-upload approval Proof button will still remain visible and Send for Approval will get hidden.
After uploading proof, the sales team can proceed to collect the amount.
In the Action column, the sales team must upload proof of payment for the collected amount by clicking on Payment Proof a pop-up will shown and the sales team will upload the image/pdf.
Once proof of payment is submitted, the Status column will display "Completed."
If the sales team edits any value in the Amount/Percentage column, the Send for Approval button will reappear, and any previously uploaded proof in the Upload Approval Proof section will be removed.
To add other commercials, the sales team clicks on Add button and a new section will be added with a input text box. Once the value is added into the text box and clicked on the Save button the commercial will be then added in the table. If the sales want to add more commercials they can click again on Add and do the same.
If an Item is rejected by the Ops team, then the status of the item will appear Rejected with a tool tip and re-upload of the payment proof will be visible.
A tool tip will be visible on which the sales team can click and check the comment shared by the Ops team. The sales team can’t add their comment but only view the comment which was shared by the Ops dashboard.
Note:
If an item does not require an amount, the sales team should input "0" in the text box. If the sales team add “0” then click on the Sent for Approval button then the sales team doesn’t have to upload any proof and the status will show Completed. For interest, no action or status updates are required. The sales team does not need to upload proof for interest-related items. Platform fees are collected only once. For the first onboarding of a customer, the platform fee amount input box will be visible, and the fee must be collected. If the same customer returns for another program or lender, the platform fee section will appear green, and no collection will be required. A View option will be available in the Action column. Automatically fetch the required number of cheques based on the lender's specifications.
To add Cheque, sales team can click on Add Cheque and a pop-up will be visible where the sales team can add the Cheque number and upload the Cheque image. After upload the image, the status will change to Completed.
Add Cheque: Upload the required cheques. View Cheque: Review uploaded cheques. Delete Cheque: Remove any uploaded cheque. Include an "Add more cheque" button to allow users to add additional cheques if needed. When a case in the Credit Dashboard moves to the "In-Principal Sanction" bucket, it will simultaneously be added to the Ops "Pending with Sales" bucket and the Sales "PSD" bucket.
Once the Sales team completes the "Commercials" details and uploads the email proof, the case will transition from the Ops "Pending with Sales" bucket to the Ops "PSD" bucket.
In the "PSD" bucket, the Maker will have visibility of the following statuses in the customer list:

Once the maker click on a case from the customer list then a new page will pop open and all the details of a customer will be visible.

Commercials Section
The Ops team can view all the commercials and check the Email proof of approval from L2 or L3 . The status will display the current state of the commercials, along with the upload date & time and amount that has been added. Amount/Percentage will show the amount or % added by the sales team. If the ops team click on “Reject” button to reject any commercials proof item then a pop-up will show to add the comment for rejection reason which will be visible in the sales commercials section. Option to upload executed loan agreement. (remove “Hardcopy sent to lender” upload option) The table should include: Status: Pending, Completed, Rejected, or Deviation. Particulars: Show particular conditions for each checklist item. Include a 3-dot menu button for each checklist item, offering the following options based on its status: Completed or Rejected: Download proof, Upload proof, Raise Deviation. Deviation: Download Deviation, View Deviation. Pending: Raise Deviation. Rejected: Download proof and Reupload prrof For rejected cases, a pop-up will prompt the user to add a comment explaining the reason for rejection. Provide an “Other/Add” button for the Ops team to add additional PSD document checklist items as needed and give both Ops and Sales to upload the docs. If the ops team click on “Reject” button to reject any PSD check list item then a pop-up will show to add the comment for rejection reason.
