In Operations Dashboard
Capture Disbursed Amount field while created an invoice in invoice maker and invoice checker has an option to edit the same A loan rejection option to be added in the Awaiting Disbursement Bucket of OPS Dashboard where in on click of Reject button, a pop-up comes up to ask for Invoice Number and rejection reason which needs to be rejected. Once specified and clicked on reject button, the invoice will be rejected to free the limits and if a loan id was created in finflux, the same will be rejected as well. (Rejection will be allowed till the time it goes in Disbursal file generated. Reason to be captured for rejection)

Disbursement File Generated
Filters options: Lender, CD(Yes/ No), Program, Date Range Search Options: Trade Name, Invoice Number, Loan Id, Cust id Capture Disbursement details button: On click of this button a pop-up would come up to capture the below details. Basis the details provided here, invoice’s disbursement amount, CD Amount, UTR and Date will be captured here Capture Disbursement Details

Download Excel Button
There will be a download excel button available to download the all the list of invoices which are part of the current bucket along with the searches and filters applied
So for eg. If a filter is applied for Program: HP Telecom 1.0, CD:Yes
and then Download Excel button is clicked
Then only the cases which are part of HP Telecom 1.0 Program along with CD marked as Yes in the system will be downloaded in the excel
Disbursement Upload Button
On click on Disbursement upload button, a file uploader option would come in where once the disbursal file is uploaded, the following details will be updated based on values added in the excel:
Disbursement Dashboard for Finance
The options in the Finance smartdash are similar to the operations smartdash.
The difference here is: Only the cases where Mintwalk is the lender will be visible. Other lender cases won’t be visible here
