This project is part of a Nonprofit Success Pack masterclass. I selected the Smile Train to model a mock Salesforce implementation. Using their website, annual report, and research, I was able to gather the information to structure and design the nonprofit success pack in a way to suit their needs should they choose to implement the solution.
Mission of Smile Train
Smile Train is the world’s largest cleft-focused organization, with a sustainable and local model of supporting surgery and other forms of essential care. Beyond surgery, their local partners also provide speech therapy, psychological support, nutritional services, orthodontics, and other essential forms of care to ensure that children with clefts have everything they need to not just live, but thrive.
Smile Train’s Services
Smile Train is committed to treating the whole patient through programs that provide access to important comprehensive cleft care services. Comprehensive cleft care includes essential treatments beyond cleft surgery, such as nutrition services, orthodontic and general dental care, speech therapy and emotional support, intended to ensure long-term, successful rehabilitation for Smile Train’s cleft patients.
