About Resona Resona is an AI audio platform that turns text into high-quality voice content (podcasts, voiceovers, audio articles). We’re a small team shipping fast; we value initiative, clarity, and product impact.

Role snapshot (part-time, flexible time) We’re looking for a Part-time Product / Business Analyst to support product discovery and delivery. This role is fully flexible in working time and focuses on outcomes rather than hours. Ideal for students, freelancers, or builders who want real product ownership without a fixed schedule.

Time & engagement

Working time: Fully flexible (async-first, no fixed hours).

Commitment: Part-time, scope-based (typically ~20–28 hrs/week, but not tracked by hours).

Contract: Initial 3 months, with option to extend or move to full-time.

Location: Remote. Occasional sync meetings by mutual agreement.

Compensation

Pay: Negotiable, based on experience and scope of work (task- or milestone-based).

ESOP available for long-term contributors.

What you’ll focus on (part-time)

Conduct targeted user interviews, surveys and competitor research to validate product hypotheses.

Produce crisp user stories, acceptance criteria and lightweight PRDs for 1–2 features per sprint.

Create basic Figma flows or wireframes to communicate UX intent to engineers.

Coordinate with engineers and QA to clarify scope and validate releases.

Monitor a small set of product metrics and provide short analysis notes to inform prioritization.

Attend one weekly sync (30–60 min) and provide asynchronous updates in our project tool.

Who this fits

You’re a pragmatic builder comfortable with part-time commitment and focused output.

Strong written communication and ability to turn research into actionable specs.

Basic Figma/prototyping skills and familiarity with product docs.

6+ months experience in product / BA / PM / UX research or equivalent.

Comfortable working asynchronously and delivering to agreed milestones.

Nice to have (but not required)

Experience with audio or content products.

Basic analytics familiarity (Mixpanel, GA, Amplitude) or simple SQL.

Prior startup or freelance product work.

Thời gian & hình thức làm việc

Thời gian: Linh hoạt 100%.

Cam kết: Bán thời gian, theo scope công việc (không tính giờ).

Hợp đồng: 3 tháng ban đầu, có thể gia hạn hoặc chuyển full-time.

Địa điểm: Remote, họp sync khi cần.

Thu nhập

Lương: Thỏa thuận, theo năng lực và khối lượng công việc.

Có ESOP cho cộng tác viên gắn bó lâu dài.

Nhiệm vụ chính (bán thời gian)

Thực hiện phỏng vấn người dùng, khảo sát và phân tích đối thủ để xác thực giả thuyết sản phẩm.

Viết user story, acceptance criteria và PRD nhẹ cho 1–2 tính năng mỗi sprint.

Tạo Figma flow/wireframe cơ bản để truyền đạt ý tưởng giao diện cho dev.

Phối hợp với dev & QA để làm rõ scope và kiểm thử bản phát hành.

Theo dõi một bộ metric nhỏ và gửi báo cáo ngắn để hỗ trợ ưu tiên.

Tham gia 1 buổi sync/tuần (30–60 phút) + cập nhật bất đồng bộ.

Ai phù hợp

Người thực dụng, tập trung vào kết quả trong khung giờ bán thời gian.

Kỹ năng viết rõ ràng, chuyển insight thành yêu cầu thực thi được.

Biết cơ bản Figma/prototyping và làm tài liệu sản phẩm.

Ít nhất 6 tháng kinh nghiệm ở vị trí product / BA / PM / UX research hoặc tương đương.

Thích hợp làm việc bất đồng bộ và cam kết giao milestone.

Ưu tiên

Kinh nghiệm sản phẩm audio/truyền thông.

Biết công cụ phân tích (Mixpanel, GA) hoặc SQL cơ bản.

Kinh nghiệm startup hoặc freelance.
