Trial -
Call candidate the day before their trial to touch base
Post notes post-trial in ESC Hiring Channel

JJ:

Same as a Lead - though some interviews will be over Zoom
You’ll also be added to Breezy because you’ll be doing some interviews over Zoom - not many people specifically apply for Warehouse Assistant directly, but those who do will interview with you. If they’re in MN, you’ll do them in person. If not, it’ll be over Zoom. We’ll have a meeting next week to walk through the process but it’s simple and you’ll pick up on it quick.
Most of the time, the person will have applied for EA - will do a F2F with a lead - and the lead will suggest that they trial for Warehouse. Kade will be the one to talk to them about the shift and the trial - and once the trial is scheduled, they’ll show up on your calendar and you can call them the day before their trial to answer any questions they have (what to wear, when to arrive, what to bring, etc.)

ESC Directors (Nick, Mark + Colton):

To be present for interviews when in town
Reporting new hiring priorities via Slack channels (new!)
Whatever TF Adam delegates to you (second opinion on candidate, offer calls, etc.)

Kade (ESC Recruiter):

Keeping track of candidates throughout the funnel
Screening Review (pushing people forward and DQing)
R-Interviews
Scheduling F2F’s and Trials (maintain relationship with candidate)
Following up with Lead post F2F and post Trial
Pushing candidates that did well to be reviewed for Hire
