Many PD patients suffer from flat foot and thus are recommended to wear arch supporting shoe insoles. We would like to purchase different types of insoles to evaluate how technology can be integrated.

Many PD patients need help balancing when they are walking. Studies have shown that different textures can help PD patients with balance. We would like to purchase different types of insoles with different textures to evaluate how different textures are integrated into insoles to help improve balance.

Clinicians typically recommend PD patients to wear compression socks, so we would like to purchase compression socks and see how they can be integrated into our prototype/solution.

Accelerometers, gyroscopes, magnetometers, and barometric sensors have all been proven to be able to accurately detect movement to track gait in various studies. We sould like to purchase these in order to design a works-like prototype.
