What was the best last month may not be next month. Don't assume you can pick a tool, roll it out to the team, and be done with it Treat learning new AI tools like "personal growth" — prioritize it accordingly

Everyone on your team should replace Google with ChatGPT/Perplexity/etc. to build the prompting skills and muscle memory Lean into your most experienced engineers — they will be the ones best equipped to identify quality code, lead, and mentor junior developers
