This is a rich, dry wine that has ripe flavors of yellow fruits and baked apples. It has a mineral texture, tangy acidity and a smooth yet fresh finish. Yellow-green color of the wine with little bubbles. The aroma is intense, white peach, citrus, lime, some floral nose. The taste is light and fresh, low alcohol (10,5%), higher acidity on the tongue, green apple, citrus, lime in the mouth, later a surprising hint of kerosene, on the palate is significant mineral and dry. The aftertaste is long crisp with juicy acidity. Excellent wine on these hot days.
it pair well with shellfish, vegetarian, and appetizers and snacks.
