STRENGTHENED SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL CURRICULUM
Starting School Year 2026–2027, Holy Child Jesus College will implement the Strengthened Senior High School Curriculum, introducing a more focused and future-ready academic structure.
Under this new curriculum, the traditional strands—ABM, HUMSS, and STEM—will be replaced with specialized pathways designed to align more closely with students’ intended college programs and career goals.
Students will now choose from the following pathways:
Engineering, Architecture, and Applied Technology (EAA) Medicine and Allied Health (MAH) Business Leadership, Entrepreneurship, and Corporate Management (BLEC) Civic Leadership, Governance, and Social Studies (CGS) These pathways are crafted to provide deeper preparation, clearer direction, and stronger alignment with industry demands—empowering students to pursue their chosen fields with confidence and purpose.
The following documents must be submitted to the Records Office upon enrolment or through the online enrolment form:
SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL SCHOLARSHIP GRANT
Senior High School Voucher Program (SHS VP)
A limited number of voucher slots are available to qualified students, amounting to ₱14,000 or ₱17,500 annually. This financial assistance is granted to learners who have completed Grade 10 from any public junior high school or from an ESC-participating private junior high school. This subsidy is known as the Senior High School Voucher Program (SHS VP). Students who completed Grade 10 in a public school are automatically eligible for this subsidy and may therefore avail of the free Senior High School program. Students who graduated from a private junior high school but are not ESC recipients may still apply for the voucher. They are advised to coordinate with the School Registrar or Records Officer for assistance in the application process. Qualifications and Conditions:
The student must remain enrolled in a voucher-participating private school and must not transfer to a non-participating private school or to a public school. Private school completers who are not ESC recipients must formally apply for the voucher program through the School Registrar. Non-Eligibility:
The following students are not qualified for the voucher subsidy:
Students who transfer as Grade 12 entrants from a public school or from a private school that does not participate in the SHS Voucher Program.
Qualified Senior High School students can enjoy the Free Senior High School Program!*
