I work with small businesses with about 1 to 50 employees to start or improve their marketing.
I can advise and implement holistically on the whole marketing journey, starting with identifying your target audiences and what messaging would appeal most to them, all the way to creating search ads in a Google campaign or a post-sale thank-you email. My wide knowledge base gives me the X-ray vision to see how every piece affects everything else, and help you make the right decisions from the start.

What you can expect when working with me

Flexible scheduling: I’m 100% remote and work with clients in North American and European time zones.
I solve your problems: Tell me what you need and I'll figure out how to accomplish it. Contact me first and let's scope out the project together.
Minimum bureaucracy: I don’t like to get bogged down with meetings. I’m efficient and only schedule meetings to help move the project forward. I'll also work with you to define what things need approval during our project, so we only use the red tape when it’s really needed.
Small and friendly business: I even tell jokes sometimes, at no extra charge ;-)

“Part-time CMO” Consulting Service

I'll work with you one-on-one for as many or as few hours as needed, to help you answer the questions you have and figure out what questions you even should be asking. Then I’ll help you do something about it.
Since you know your business better than anyone else, I won't just come in and tell you what to do. I don’t make answers up out of thin air. Instead, I help you find the answers.
The cornerstone of my consulting approach is answering the three “golden questions” in marketing:
Who are your customers?
What do they buy from you (both on a surface level like “consulting”, a problem-solution level like “answers to my questions”, and a results level like “more sales”)?, and
Why do they choose to buy it from you, instead of buying something else from someone else?
If you know the answers to these questions, then you have the ingredients needed to understand what kind of brand strategy makes the most sense, to build a marketing strategy, plan what channels to start testing, and create marketing content that your audience will love.

Growth Funnel Marketing

This is important for both B2C and B2B businesses to prevent the money you’re spending on advertising from going down the drain.

Demand Creation & Lead Generation, with strong focus on operational execution and new process implementation
