Basic things to note
Store your used clothes in one place. Separate underwear & socks.
Have a common collection mechanism for passing clothes to Ironing lady
Person with Kitchen duty have to keep all the waste out
Grocery shopping (excluding veggies and other fast consumables) has to be limited to Sundays so that it is approached with proper planning. Maintain a to-buy list that everybody can add stuff during the course of the week.
