Use the top table (Tasks) to view and edit existing tasks.

Use the bottom table (Add task) to add new tasks. Once your task is added to cross-doc and appears in the top table, feel free to delete the row from the Add Task table.

Add Task should be used ONLY to add tasks - all tasks need to be modified through the task table.

Refreshing cross-doc may take a minute - be patient!
