Take Your Meds!

Use a simple checklist to ensure medicine adherence
After an unfortunate encounter with poison oak and the ensuing allergic reaction, I was prescribed a 3-week course of steroids, with the dosage starting high and slowly tapering off. I made a table to keep track of everything, including a checkbox to confirm that I had taken the appropriate amount of medicine for the day. Because Coda works on mobile, this simple table was especially useful during days that I was on the go and not in front of a computer.

If you've been prescribed medicine with varying dosages or want help adhering to a schedule outside of your normal medical needs, re-purpose this table and make it your own.

Be well!
