Keep track of loved ones' birthdays with automatic email reminders

Instructions

Replace the columns “Name,” “Birthday,” and “Relationship” with your own information. Keep the formatting the same for the “birthday” column with month slash date. No need to touch the grayed out columns—these are automatically formatted.
For friends/family who require advanced notice for birthdays (e.g. you want to get them a gift), check “advanced notice.” This means you’ll get a daily reminder three days before the birthday instead of only the day of.
Click the button below, “Add me to the table”. The “Me!” column is the email associated with your Coda account. That’s where birthday reminders will be directed.
Install Gmail Pack. Click on “Insert,” “Packs,” “Gmail,” “Settings,” and under “Private account,” add your own Gmail account.
Set up automations so they work with your email. Click the gear icon (upper right), “Automations,” “Day of birthdays.” At the bottom, change “take actions as Automation Bot” and change it to yourself. Repeat the same pattern for the “Advanced notice birthdays” automation.
