Updating Ticket Status

Available ticket statuses vary by department and can be used to update the internal status of a ticket or move a ticket to another pipeline.
To view the current status of a ticket, open the ticket and navigate to the top of the left column.
To update the status, click the triangle to expand the list of available options.
To move a ticket to another pipeline, update the ticket status to Move to another pipeline and complete the required information.
