After taking all necessary actions, including leaving any notes, sending emails and updating ticket properties, update the ticket status tomove to another pipeline.
Complete all required ticket properties.
Ticket Department - Indicate what department the ticket should be moved to.
Category - Corresponds with the Ticket Department.
BOps State - Primary state if applicable.
CDN Province - Primary province if applicable.
Click Save.
⚠️ After clicking Save, the ticket will move to the designated pipeline. No further actions or modifications are necessary.
