Leaving Note on a Ticket

Open the ticket you would like to leave a note on.

Use the note shortcut button, or click Notes under the Activities column.

Click Create Note.

This is not the way.

Try clicking the ⋯ next to your doc name or using a keyboard shortcut (

CtrlP

) instead.
