Inbox Folders & Filters


By default, each inbox is equipped with the following folders. Custom filters can be requested by Managers & leadership with department approval.
Assigned to me
Displays all conversations/tickets with you set as owner
All Open
Displays every conversation/ticket regardless of what channel they came into
Email
Displays only open conversations/tickets that came in through a team email that is connected to the inbox
Forms
Submissions from department-specific landing pages are routed to this folder
All Closed
Displays all closed conversations/tickets regardless of owner
Sent
Displays all emails sent from the shared inbox, not isolated by the owner
Spam
Trash
There are no rows in this table

Sorting ‘Assigned to Me’ Folder

Best practice is to sort your Assigned to Me inbox folder to view conversations from oldest to newest, ensuring you are servicing tickets in the order they were received.
