Creating Tickets via Landing Page (if applicable)
Your department may have a landing page to introduce tickets into HubSpot that do not originate from incoming emails. These tickets can be created from interactions in eXp World, phone calls, or Workplace chats.
Complete all required fields on the landing page form. Click the blue button to submit the form. Retrieve the created ticket from your HubSpot ticket pipeline. Please refer to your department-specific SOP for details on the designated ticket status for tickets created via the landing page.
